This J. Cole cover is one of the four covers available for the latest edition of 2K and the other covers feature Michael Jordan, Devin Booker and a duo of Sue Bird and Diana Taurasi 2K23 MT. NBA 2K23 talk has been in the news on social media as lately, with NBA ratings dropping this week. Kevin Durant even took at playful jibe following his 2K rating being released.On the week leading up to the game's release, we talked to Ronnie Singh aka Ronnie 2K about the decision to place MJ in the front cover instead of LeBron and why Devin Booker was selected over other NBA stars MyCareer, ProAm gameplay, and much more.

As someone who's apart of the process, what's the most exciting thing you're looking forward to about in NBA 2K23? Well, getting to see Jordan on the cover is always exciting and being able to work with himis a dream, as is the assertion that makes us feel proud of our sport: the greatest of all time. It's a great example of what we're trying to create from a commercial perspective as well as for how the game's potential will be.

We've got The Jordan challenges. They're back but they're bigger. Better. There's been a lot of discussion about each and every one of them, but the one that's going be a very emotional one, and the one that I'm looking forward to going back to and reliving is Kobe. It's the first time that they'll play each other. It's going to be a lot of enjoyable. I'm a major MyTeam player so I was very excited the possibility of more contracts and triple threat online co-op.

You've just announced J. Cole having his own personal cover. How did that happen and what was the reason? Three and a half years in the past, when he dunked during some of Cheap NBA 2K23 MT the break on the All-Star Weekend Saturday Night, J. Cole said 'Ronnie, I'd love to be on MyCareer and help think about the possibility of that.I worked with the team on bringing this to life but it was a perfect fit to work alongside J. Cole. It's great that it's called"The Dreamer Edition, because it was just like one of those dream ideas that came to fruition over a number of years. It took quite a while to kind of make this happen.
